Well, this is Lawrenceville so you can't expect too much. The apartment complex is nice, it's not brand new so stuf is a little worn. The noise with our neighbors is outrageous although. There are kids who run around making lots of noise, which I know the apartment complex does not control. But the parents should show some courtesy. The apartments themselves are a little expensive for what they are. I would expect higher quality for the price, since we are so far out from Atlanta. The pool is always full of kids, and the gym room is tiny.
The area of Larenceville is good for this part of town. There is a Target, HomeDepot and a lot of good shopping around. 316 is right next door and never hear a sound from the road. Although the road into the apartment complex always has cars pulling out around curves not paying attention.
Never had anything break in the apartment. There is some very unattractive wallpaper in the kitchen and bathroom areas that I would rather not like to have. The layout of the apartment is quite nice.
Mainly my only complaints are the neighbors and the price. But overall, it's the best apartment complex in the area if you choose to live here.
