Ever since the property was sold and became Sugar Mill a few weeks ago it's been all down hill! The transition (we residents were in the dark) has become a mess. Once they finally hired some office staff and a manager, things didn't get better. This place is no-longer resident friendly and the staff is so rude that some people are not renewing simply because of that. Ridiculous rent increases have come with renewals, people are being pressured to give a decision on their renewals before notice is due, maintenance requests are not being honored, long-time residents are being forced to follow new policies that don't accomplish anything, and the list goes on. Even simple matters are turned into huge ordeals, the truth is not always told, and the staff and management refuse to deal with even simple situations allowing this place to become a circus. We miss our Tree Creek Staff!!!

I totally agree with this response. I will also be writing my own review on Sugar Mill as well!
