Loved Tree Creek, but Sugar Mill is disappointing...

I moved in because of the staff. They lived on premises and had worked with Tree Creek for years. The friendly quick service and consistent top-notch maintenance has taken a plummet. We had no front lights for a week, and staff just wasn't concerned. The lights were fixed AFTER 911 came out to check a couple of characters hanging out at the entrance.
