These people will rip you off and lie to you and charge you for rediculous fees when you move out. Talk about rude and unprofessional. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!!

I couldn't agree more! After living on this property for 3 years, they are increasing my rent $125 a month. I asked them to work with me and the only thing they offered was the use of a washer/dryer and to have my carpets cleaned! Do not live here! They are more concerned about taking your $ than having reliable residents living on their property.

I just moved here and have heard about the rent increases from friends who are leaving. However, the property is well maintained in an ever changing area what with a billion -------- pouring in to take the supposed jobs gringos won't take. Raising rents to a grand or more will hopefully keep these drug dealers and dry wall hangers sticking to the cheaper apts in Duluth and Lawrenceville. Men don't pay hookers for sex -- they pay them to be quiet. Just like homeowners don't pay $400k for a house for the vaulted ceilings, they pay to get non-threatening neighbors.
