The girl at the front desk is the rudest most uncoopertive receptionist I've ever met. If ther was a way, I'd sue this complex for faulting on their part of the lease where they up my rent $150 yet don't clean the grounds, help the residents and let underage kids have loud parties all night leaving barf by my car in the morning! Numerous complaints will do nothing to help you here unless you were looking for the rude receptionist to (literally) bob her head and talk back.
