I have lived here for nearly three years. For the first two years, we were very pleased with how apartment life was treating us. The staff was wonderful. Any concerns we had were addressed promptly. The inside of our apartment was one of the nicest we had ever seen.

Now, however, things have dramatically changed. With the change in management, the people in the front office don't even know who we are, regardless of our extended stay. We have had numerous problems accessing the pool because there is not a handicapped access. Today, the pool is closed on one of the hottest days of the year. When we went to ask the staff about it, they merely explained it would be closed all day. They didn't say why or how long it might take. When there is a problem with the apartment, it is no longer addressed in a "timely fashion". There were recently two fires on the playground within a week of each other. We have a "mandated" payment for our water bill that is twice what our regular bill was previously. I could go on, but I will stop here. Please consider, before moving here, that what Treecreek once was...Sugar Mill is NOT those same things.
