If you "like it here", you must be staff or desperate male

Unless you're a mildly handsome guy, I have never heard of the staff being even remotly friendly. The girl at the front desk must be so b**chy because of her extremely low intellegence level. I've been renting here for a year and a half while trying to save up for a home. I pay early very month and that snot would not give me my rental history for my loan. So, I have my brother, who is my room mate, go up there and she says (and I quote) "for you, sure." I have 2 cousins their kids, 4 friends, a brother and my fiance (who does not live with me) all who live in the Sugar Mill apartments so, it's not like I do not know how other people get treated. It's the same. The front office flirts with the guys but will not help when it is something serious and they are incredibly rude to all women.
When we moved in and this place was Tree Creek, rent was $690 for my 2 bedroom and it wasn't ghetto then either. I understand that housing has gone up but this is obsurd. Our rent is almost $1000 (my new home is way cheaper) now and it is getting ghetto. For a while I didn't feel safe because of the people across from us trying to sell us stolen tools and prescription pills and my partying teenage neighbors but it's ok now because recently, on seprate occasions, everyone of them has been arrested for various drug related reasons and had to abandon their over priced apartments for jail. I feel safer now no thanks to the meanest staff ever.
This has been the worst apartment expierence I've ever had. Fighting with them is a loosing battle. Even thier corprate is useless. It must be in th=eir motto to be a helpless rude b****. If you choose to move here, I feel sorry for you but you've been warned. If you have no other choice, I'm really sorry. It does seem like they are starting to let anyone move in so if you have bad credit or criminal charges and nowhere else will allow you in, you may want to try here. They probably will. Just try flirting with the staff. Rent will be high, service will be poor but they will let you in.
