I moved in to be closer to work. The grounds are usually well maintained, despite many tenants making no effort to clean up after their pets and/or cigarettes. The maintenance team was always prompt and polite. Some nights become noisy with parties and/or police calls, but that's generally a part of living in a complex. My rent was also a little higher than competitors, but it would not have been worth the cost of moving out.

The management staff is notorious for being terrible. I was never late on my rent, nor had any complaints on me, but I was routinely treated with condescending attitudes. I was frequently stuck in the lobby for 10-15 minutes waiting for management if I had a question or needed to pick up a package.

My biggest complaints surround when I moved out. When buying a house, I had hoped to end my lease two months early, but would have been charged three months rent in various fees to do so.

The apartment was cleaned thoroughly with all picture holes patched and the carpet shampooed, but I was still charged to professionally clean the apartment.

I was made to do my own inspection when I moved in, but did not know what to look for. As a result, I was charged for numerous replacement for worn out items, despite only being there a short time.
