I love the gym...it is very large and has alot of equipment that a regular gym that you have to pay for would have. I have met some nice people there. However, I live on the back of the lot with a lovely view of the kudzu (or cudzu')(ha,ha) the back of my building is not kept up very well. There is blood splattered all over the steps and the breezeway going to my apartment. I guess people get drunk and beat each other up or something on the weekends. I rarely stay there on the weekends for this reason. I have had to call management several times about bugs in my apartment.
Sometimes the staff is very nice and sometimes they are kinda stuckup. The maintenance staff is very efficient and prompt. The outside appearance to the upper apartments is more well maintained than the lower properties.The apartments do not enforce well kept patios and breezeways. The rent is high comparitvely so. I wish I never moved in here.
