It's alright. I, personally, thought it was overpriced for Lawrenceville and what you get. I live in Atlanta now and pay less for a one bedroom.

But it's safe, gated, well kept and has a nice gym.

Whenever I had to pick up packages the staff was always nice but they totally give better treatment to friends of the staff.

Washer and dryer was in my unit. That rocked!

It's basically your average apartment complex in gwinnett county. I could take it or leave it.

Oh, the repairs were made in a timely fashion but those guys were idiots. It took them a few visits to fix some stuff.

Everything else is average and satisfactory.
