The crime here is a problem. One of my families cars was broken into. The windows were bashed in and all the stereo equipment was stolen out of it. Then a week later our other car was envolved in a hit and run in the parking lot. Someone tryed to come into my home while I was home. I had to call the police out to my home three times in two weeks. My family paid 1000.00 out of our pockets to repair our cars this includes what we had to pay to our insurance companies.

The staff is unfriendly and all around rude and lazy. Lets not even talk about maintenance. When and if they do ever decide to come and fix something they will leave a mess in and outside of your home. They left a dryer outside of my door for two months.
I gave one maintenance man some paper towels to clean his hands with and found them outside my front door when he left. He could have thrown the paper towels in my garbage can but he would rather litter the ground.

You will find trash all over the grounds and broken unrepaired items everywhere. Just look at the grill on a chair frame out beside the lake. I'm sure thats not safe to cook on.

If you decide this is the place you would like to call home I would suggest you do your homework very carefully.

Also Warning...If you come to a slow roll in your car while driving in the apartment complex and someone walks up to your car THEY ARE NOT LOOKING FOR DIRECTION!

I would give this place the thumbs up for anyone who has no car and nothing in there home to steal and likes to do drugs and doesn't want to go far to get them.

If you like a nice home you would feel proud to have family or friends over for dinner DON'T LOOK HERE!

This is a scary place to live!
Not safe for children at all!
There are lots of gangs here!
