I was under the impression that the property would be good. However, it sucks big time. To start with, my car was broken into recently while parked outside my apartment becuase the gates of this so called gated community, have not been working for the part 4 months. Still the management hasn't done anything to rectify it.
Also, the community is badly lit in different areas which encourages crime.
The maintenance staff is a single man army and don't be surprised if it takes months before your complaint is attended.
The management has changed around a year back. They were a part of equity, but equity sold it since the quality of this apartment went really low.
The garbage collection area is another issue since they have only one bin, and you have to carry it there from time to time which is far away from building 1 & 2. So you might have to take it in yuor car since I am sure you won't like to carry it for a 10 mins walk.
The gym sucks big time since most of the stuff doesn't work now.
And most importantly, if you like to live with cockroaches, sweetwater glen is a place to be. I am tired of requesting them for pest control, and then tell me that the entire building needs to be sprayed since they are in the waste pipes, exhaust pipes, but that has never happened.
just as a quick note, most of the people staying are --------. I don't want to sound discriminating or something, it is just that I have come across so many people, knocking over my door selling mexican stuff and speaking mexican only, that I am bugged.
last but not the least, there is no boundary wall between apartments 1 & 2 and the main road. that means, no security. :(
In the END, I think the worst apartments I have ever went too.. Please, come have a look yourself.
