I've lived her only a year & a half & 100% of the time we have had problems with mantainence not EVER coming to our apt to fix anything. Me & my husband both have gone repeatedly to the office to complain, to tell them they said they'd be there & never show. One time out pipes busted under the kitchen sink & after telling them it took them a week & a half just to come look at it. Then they took all the rotting wood underneath out & left a work order saying they'd be back the next day, That was 2 MONTHS AGO!!!! & they still havent been back after repeated attemps to tell them to come back. Now our pipes busted in the bathtub & we cant even take a shower. I have to wash my hair in the sink. then they have the nerve to say our water bills due. Ha ha!!! they can shove that water bill right up there ass!!!!
