This is my second reply to this property! This place is so bad now until we cannot wait to get out of here! Our lease is up on December 31st and we are stuck here until the 6th of January. The place is a mess and they finally got rid of the previous Leasing Manager Shanta Duhon, which everyone here on the property is rejoicing!
Maybe now things will get done like they are suppose to. I strongly advise you to look elsewhere before coming here.
The mold and mildew in this place is so bad until you can actually smell the mildew and it is putrid!
The noise in the buildings are something else! You can actually hear your upstairs neighbors using the bathroom! These buildings are old, but the upkeep on this property needs a lot of help. Buyer Beware!!!!

I agree, The management and maintenance staff also walk in your apartment when they haven't even knocked or annouced they were coming. NOTHING was wrong at the time but of course they would say "oh I left something here when I repaired such and such." Which is a lie, because they don't fix anything.
