This apartment sucks, the office staff doesn't care if your home or property is stolen they will say "You should have renters insurance." I am like what the **** you tell us there is a courtesy officer who is never around. Also they never fix things. Residents cars are broken in constantly, and the grounds people just blow dirt around. There are no motion lights at night and some parts of the complex is completely dark. There are children running around and in the breezeways at all hours of the night. I went into the laundry facility (If you can call it that) one time and one time only and these teenagers were doing drugs and having sex. There is trash when you come out of your apartment thrown around. Maintenance always makes an excuse when you call, and they charge water but the sinks are always leaking. They said there is a clubhouse, there isn't one. No tennis court, and no basketball hoops. They show you a model apartment and your apartment doesn't look anything like it. All in all don't rent here, my lease is up in July and I'm gone.
