I moved in 3 years ago. I loved it when I first got there. About a year and a half ago all kinds of trash starting moving in. Move in specials were too good to keep the bad seeds out and it went downhill from there. There were a lot of empty apartments and they needed to fill them. I have had 1 set of extremely rude and disrespectful neighbors (of which cracking car windows was done in the parking lot) in which the office could not control. The office staff is nice as long as you haven't pissed them off recently. One woman up there is an extremely curt, rude and an uninformed twit in general. Place looked a lot better 3 years ago, gates are a pain, always broken (what's the point of having them) and there is not workaround in place if you happen to forget your passkey in the middle of the night. Very badly thought out process on the gates. Enjoy it for a year or so...but you'll probably want out before then. Also had my living room window leak for along time, maintenance actually called it condensation (with puddles on the sill) and had to have the property manager come see the window.
