My husband and I have lived at Wellington Ridge Apartments (formerly Summer Ridge Apartments), since September of 1999. We have seen some many things take place.
The gates which was recently added, they stay broken more than they are fixed. It was a waste of money, because intruders can come in behind you with no problem. It doesn't surround the entire complex.
The trash can in the front of the apartment, is an eyesore. It is always too full. Someone has even made the side of the road between tne complex and QuikTrip, a waste area. There is always furniture, clothes, and etc.. on the road.
The amenities of the complex such as the car wash, pool, fitness center, and showers are not what they say they are. The car wash is always closed (the water is turned off). The pool is dirty. The fitness center is too small and is not well lit at night. The fitness center is not available at all hours, just when the office is open. It is in a spooky area. The showers outside of the fitness area is dirty as well. The amenities is what attracted us and is not the best at all.
Th office staff is not friendly at all. It usually takes them several days and phone calls before they come to fix anything, but want their rent on time. They continue to go up on the prices.
The parking is also not very good. It is hard to find close parking spaces close to your building.
Last but not least, the neighbors. The neighbors in Building 1400 is on drugs or something. They are loud and is not considerate of others. I know I am suppose to "Love thy neighbor", but you can't here. I have complain several times of loud music, but nothing has been done. This lady upstairs is very heavy foot and can not control herself. She is crazy, her and her damn nasty cats.
I would not recommend anyone to live here!!! We are out of this complex. Holla!!!!!
