I have been at Wellington Ridge for almost 4 years and have had nothing but good experiences. Sure, there's things that could be worked on - the left turn onto Hwy 29 - the gates working (or not working) and flyers on my door every other day. Most of these things aren't in management control though. The gates themselves are destroyed by residents and non-residents, not the management company. And in a complex this size there's really no way to control kids putting flyers on doors for a few bucks. The parking is more than fine - my car has never been victimized, neither has my apartment. I've never felt threatened or unsafe, even walking to the mailbox late at night. For the price, the location and convience, I like Wellington Ridge. I would suggest to those who find faults and look for blame to look elsewhere for a place to live - they won't find any better for the price.
