I moved here from another state back in 2002, and in doing so I didn?t know of all the apartment complexes around. I admit that I was paying too much for a one beedroom apartment, 665.00 (and it was on special). However, after speaking to management and explaining that I was a student, I was given a bigger apartment, and for less that I was paying for the one bedroom. The complex is great. It is clean, and the people back here are very nice. Of course you have your usual gate problems, but what complex in Atlanta doesn?t. Everyone will have opinions about where they live, because everyone has different experiances. Despite that they have the gates up and running quicker than any of the others. All in all I rate the complex a 8.75
