it's unsafe place.
I received a notice from apt, says it was a robby in the apt complex. And couple days later, I spoke to my neighbor, my neighbot said, "it's not first time"....

Also, the staff work there are not pleasant after you move in....(they were super sweet when you coming to see apt)
