Let's start from the entrance it looks so nice and clean. Move on to the leasing office the staff is the worst ever. The manager is rude inside and out. Let's move to the gates. They tell you that it is a gated complex but the gates are always open or broken, so it's open for the public. At nights you hear gun shots so loudly, it makes you scared to come out in the daytime much less at nights. Moving right along to the apartments. When you get into the aprtment you would think that your in New York with all the roaches taking over it's disgusting and nasty. The exterminator comes out once a week to spray a can of raid that you could have bought from Walmart across the street. So you have an idea already. Carpet dirty, balcony is nasty looking, the wood on the porch is filty. It takes maintenance 3 days to come out to fix your air condition unit. Parking is a nightmare. Money Orders have been stolen out of the leasing office drop box for rent, people apartments have been broken into. Car glasses have been broken and scratch up. Stray cats all over the place, trying to get into your house. It's too much to mention. Take my advice DON'T MOVE HERE.

I just moved out a week ago and the gate was only broken twice in the last year and was fixed within two days. I never heard gunshots or had any probalem with parking - except when you come home a two a.m., there are spots, just not as close as you may like.

This review is far from the truth. I've lived here for 11 months and have not experienced any of that stuff. I actually think it is a great place to live. New York apartments cant come close. Never seen a roach or stray cat, never heard a gunshot. I would recommend any day.

I agree with "anonymous". I have experienced the exact same thing except for the parking problems. The gate stays open on holiday weekends and that's when most of the vandalism and theft occurs. I woke up one morning and there was graffiti sprayed on the wall outside my unit. It was removed the same day, but you can still see the residue. I've had strange people banging on my door on three occasions. The staff is not committed to the property - they don't live here- so why should they care? The apartments look great on the outside, but they are not very well maintained on the inside. Can't wait to move.
