Well i've been living here for almost two years and it's a pretty good neighborhood maintainence takes a lil longer den i like but we dont have apt break ins or car break ins to my knowledge. The elem school my son goes to to is pretty good. The apt living rooms are a lil small for my liking but its good for the price this summer we had a bad ant problem but its under control now. I dont have any roaches or anything in my apt there were some when i first moved here but after a couple of weeks of spraying that problem was solved. Its alot of different races so I think thats good. I moved away from a bad situation also so I know how it is but honestly these are some good apts I wouldn't say great but good.
