So I've been here long enough to say that the residents here are among THE worst I have ever lived around. Rap music blares from "hommie rides" at all hours of the day and night. Lazy (dangerous') guests/residents try to slip in behind you when you go through the security gate. My neighbor's car window was shot out a few months ago. The exercise room closes early because people were stealing equipment after hours. The pool posts a sign requesting that people with sores and diseases not swim in the pool. The purported "car wash" has _never_ worked since I have been here. And as if it were too perfect to be true, as I write this (on Sunday at 9pm) there are two "brothas" drinking and carrying on loudly outside my window while throwing their empty beer bottles into the bushes (and this IS NOT the first incident). I called the after-hours "courtesy police" and as usual, they never responded.

Please don't believe the phony comments below that are OBVIOUSLY posted by desperate staff. While this place isn't the slums, it isn't worth the hassle of dealing with all the extra low-class stressors. It would be better to look for apartments further away from I-89 and Highway 29. These are huge "no no" areas if you want to feel safe and satisfied. However, if you like to feel caged in 24/7 while being forced to listen to rap's current hits being played from passing "pimped-up rides", then this place will be your solace from the often over demanding mainstream polite society that thrives outside of Wellington Ridge's deceiving facade.

This is the most racist comment I have ever heard. "Rap music blaring from pimped up rides"????? Are you serious? You are obviously an ignorant, middle age, unattractive, and lonely white woman with nothing better to do with your life. Go read a book.

Friend, You obviously havent heard many racist remarks. BTW, look up "racism" in the dictionary before you use it so uninteligently. Furthermore, there was no opinion in that factual statement - rap music does blare from pimped-up rides at all hours of the night and day. Face the facts - no race was mentioned. You automatically assumed that I refered to black individuals when in this modern day there are many white, hispanic and asian rap/pimped ride lovers as well. Your assumption paints your "victim" attitude quite deftly. And since I'm obviously a saddened white woman, I imagine it would shock you to know that I am a 20-something married college educated "white" male. Wow! Be honest with yourself and find the actual meaning behind my post: A. To inform mainstream citizens that this place would hinder their search for happiness by living in this selfish and loud apartment complex; or B. To take cheap shots at other races from a random apartment ratings guide anyone hardly reads anyway. Your choice. Finally, I suggest that you develop much missed analytical and reasoning skills by reading a book yourself. Feel free to periodically update me with your progress.

I recently moved in here and I hardly ever hear music blaring, i have lived at places with majority whites or -------- or Asians and ------ or some combination of the above, from time to time the odd person will drive their car with the music obviously turned up too loud....But to me its a great community very quiet and you don't even realize that there are people living all around you are you hardly ever see anyone unless its after the school...by the way i am not a staff, don't really care for them too much especially one of the lady that is really impolite even though you can't really understand what she is saying. However, as she said you can move up into the woods away from the main roads and live among some confederate ----!!! its a great location as my wife teaches nearby and I work in sales, makes it good for us as there are easy entrance and exits to the major roads while we get settled in GA b4 we find a house.... Lets live in love and peace people...blessed love

To the author of this post, you said that the 1st reply assumed you were talking about ------, the person replying did not mention what race, she just said you were being racist, you mentioned a particular race. What did you mean by "brothas", were you saying the men were related?

I live in the 100 building and I have never had a problem. I am a stay at home mom with three children here and I do not have roaches or any other creatures. I must also be living in another wellington ridge. I barely see and NEVER hear my neighbors,a nd as for the staff, they are not all my favorite, but any maintenance issue I have ever had has been taken care of promptly
