Overall, I like Wellington Ridge Apartments. I have not had any issues with bugs. I live in a three bedroom apartment and it feels like I am in a house. The space is beautiful. I also live on the third floor so I don't necessarily hear alot of what is going on downstairs. I know that sometimes people come in with loud music in the cars. I have never heard gun shots. Parking is nice. There are alot of spaces infront of my apartment. If someone has visitors, it may be a problem of parking further that you are used to. Also, my neighbors are quiet. Some of them are not that friendly but for the money I am paying, I would not expect luxury but I am pretty happy here. It is what you make of it!
