I haved lived here for 6 months now and i am perfectly happy here. I do not have a promblem with roaches or bugs. The neighbors are fine and as for the office staff, they are very helpful. When people say things about certain apartment places and people read them they should ask thereself did these people get kicked out and maybe thats why they are complaining. Just dont go by what you read. I have never had any so called thugs in my hallway. Just because someone dresses a certain way doesn't mean they are thugged out. We know what type of person says that.If you want to know the truth you can tell the complainers and the whiners. If you want to controll everything around you get a house and live down a dirt road far away from everybody. Oh by the way i dont work out here and I am a real tenant.

It used to be a really nice place to live. It went way down hill though during the 3 years I lived there. I have software that sends me mugshots of criminals and pedofiles in Gwinnett. Many of them have the Summer Ridge Lane address.

Ncover, Maybe you lucked out and got an apartment in one of the buildings where there weren't any problems. But, for you to say that maybe some of the people here were kicked out is really ignorant on your part. I left when my lease was up. If I could have left sooner-I would have. I stayed at my previous apartment for four years because I felt comfortable and safe. I did not feel either here. The truth is that there are a bunch of teens and adults who don't respect their neighbors, who play their music loud after 10pm, use profanity, and are just flat out rude. If this has not been your experience, well then good for you. But don't try to discredit someone else's living experience. I take offense to it because I was a model tenant. I hope that your stay there continues to be a happy one. I really wish that mine had been one.

I've actually been at Wellington for about 2 1/2 months, and luckily I do not have any problems with the roaches/bugs, rude neighbors, noisy "thugs", or unhelpful staff. I don't know how many of these reviews are actually true but maybe it just depends on which building you're in and what condition it's in before you move in. Let's hope I have no issues because I like this place and wouldn't mind stayin here until money is saved for a house.
