If you want to move to a place where office management/staff policy rules over you..then welcome to Wellington Ridge Apartments...The following reasons are enough for you to make a decission to move-in or not

1. Some one broke in my car...damaged the whole ignition box..(i have to replace it by a new one $1000.00)...Driver side window was damaged ($150.00)

2. Pets make a mess everywhere around....specially right at my door step...dont know whom to blame..management' No policy to clean up if your pet messess up...so becareful with every step you put when you walk out side the apartment (specially in the night when its difficult to see the "----")

3. Water Bill is billed general. so you end up paying the same amount of bill as others irrespective of the amount of usage. And even if you are not there for a month or so (on vacation)...you still have to play the water bill.

4. Do not rent Washer/Dryer if you move in here through the apartments....Becuz the normal charges are $30.00 ($15.00 each) but the office management will bill you $50.00 ($25.00 each). So you end up paying $20.00 ach month for nothing....So just do the math how much the complex/management is making the profit on you..its absolute monopoly...

5. the list will go on ......"I WILL SAY NO TO THIS PLACE"

You should do your research before you move in somewhere. Example, you would have known about the water issue if you would have done research...you have to ask questions to find out information you are curious about.
