I have been at Wellington Ridge for 2 years and I have had no problems here exept for the gate they installed. (I seem to misplace my card quite often) The staff is always willing to help. Last week I came home to a balloon on my door with a thank you letter for my patio being decorated and kept clean. That really made my day!!! Regarding the other summarys about the office staff being mean, I have walked into the office when one of the residents is throwing a fit about paying a late fee and being very mean. Pay your rent on time and you have nothing to worry about! I would recommend this apartment to anybody who is looking for a good deal and a convienent location.
