I hate to hear negative comments. Of all the places I viewed, this was the nicest. I am moving in soon, but we got the best building in there. Everything looks clean and new. I will cautious of mice, but wouldn't you have to leave a door open to let them in. I think you can make a brand new place as nice as you want and half of these negative comments are high maintenance people anyway. Maybe the mice will leave with the poeple who don't like it. I am psyched and will be back to give my opinion after living there.
