I'm trying to find an apartment in the area and am happy to learn about this website, but wary of fake reviews. The two reviews WOW and AWESOME claim to be from different residents (who have lived there at different periods) but sound like sales pitches. Both writers spelled "recommend" incorrectly. Perhaps the rating on this apartment is falsely inflated.
