When i moved to georgia in 2002 i got an apartment at Wesley Place. When Our lease was finished i transfered to Herrington. In 2003, when i checked my credit report a collection had been placed by Wesley place for over $2000. I had to resign a lease b/c I could not clear the matter before my lease was up and nobody else would let us rent. Now that I have left wesley herrington ,with written documentation of no balance, I have another credit company after me for $115 dollar balance i do not owe. If i don't get this clear i plan on taking the management co. to court.

Monday 3/12/07 I, M. Smith just left a message for Melissa Moyer regarding a deposit that Wesley Herrington owes me of $400.00 for 6 months since Sept. 2006. The property manager was new and did not know how to accurately total my refund and I had to ask him to validate my statement thru Melissa Moyer. Since he virtually accused me of being late every month and left the property with a balance. After approximately 1 hour of pleading my case that I'd never been late - surely the records were screwed up and after taking off work 3 times to visit the property Tiffany assured me in 2 weeks I should receive my deposit. After calling Melissa who remembered me and explaining to the manager how she tallied everything up - he then called me and apoligize that same day. Then he tells me i owe $200 for utilities. I told him it was just me in a 2 bedroom and 2 bath apt which i paid $45 a month and no one ever mentioned this to me and who is their water company. He did not know the name and the number he furnished me he stated may not be a working number. Then he gives me a customer service number which i left messages 4 times and only one response of a message wanting me to call back only to find out it is just a answering machine supposedly in the corporate office. What kind of management team am I dealing with. Melissa goes on vacation tomorrow I am told - I pray she is responsive to my request for HELP. I am aware you no longer work at this location. May I please elicit your help in retreiving my deposit. I have previously explained this to the staff at wesley herrington so many times until I would like to seek other avenues thru the better business bureau before taking them to court.
