I have been at Wesley H. for several years now. During the course of 4 to 5 years, Wesley Corporate has changed the office staff here several times. With all the changes, Missy and her staff has been the best overall. They are and have been very professional, friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, Missy and the leasing staff get a bad rap for coming in and cleaning up after previous people and trying to get things right. Missy and the leasing staff have always been kind, friendly and very helpful whenever needed. Missy has gone above and beyond (without being asked) to help us with personal situations on numerous occasions and we cannot thank her enough. Because of her actions repeatedly, our family considers her a dear friend. Not many property managers would give of themselves the way she has outside of their normal duties. In addition to this, all our maintenance requests have been addressed and corrected in a timely fashion. As some of the other reviewers have indicated, I too believe that people spread the negative faster than they do the positive. Property management is not easy and some residents do not make it any easier. Whenever they have a problem, their first approach is one of attack. They never consider that their attitude is and can be a large part of the problem. Instead of a calm, rational approach, they think it is best to use profanity and hostility when dealing with the leasing office. This never solves anything and you will not get very far in negotiating in this or any other arena.
