I moved into Wesley Herrington in February of 2006. I was excited to be moving into an apartment with my recent bride and the rent was a good price for how "nice" the place seemed. Now let me tell you the real side of Wesley Herrington and the company that owns them, Euramex Management Inc.
First let me tell you my worst situation with WESLEY HERRINGTON, my rent check was stolen from the drop box. I did not know until I was given a notice that I did not pay rent. When I went in to discuss why I was charged for late rent when I had dropped off the check 15 DAYS earlier they did not tell me that it "could have been stolen" until arguing for 10 minutes. They then told me I didn't have to pay the late fee, are you kidding me'''' I had to close my checking account and open a new one to protect myself from identity fraud.
Other facts of Wesley Herrington Life!!!
The gates are often left open and loads of people come and go from the complex and pool as they please.
If you have a problem....no one will fix it. The maintenance staff sits around and smokes cigarettes at the car wash instead of working.
My car was crashed into by someone that did not live in the complex....I wonder if that would have happened if the gates were closed.
Do not have packages sent to the office. I went in several times to ask for my recent diploma from an Atlanta area university. It arrived in February, but I did not get it until I went into the back room and found it myself in May. They would always say it was not back there every time I went in to get it, and even when a staff memeber was with me they told me it was not there. Good thing I looked and found it.
When I moved out, I recieved a bill for water charges. Ask for a copy of these charges and you are sent to a woman that will hang up on you and tell you that her name is Rudolph the Red Noise Raindeer'''' Are you kidding me lady''''
That's not all for the moving out process. They will tell you everything is great....until the invoice comes 4 weeks later and tells you you're not getting your money because of something you cleaned to a new shine or replaced.
I bought a house in February of 2007 and wanted to get out of my lease. I knew I would have to pay money, but they wanted me to pay close to $1000.00 more than the five months I still had on my lease. So I moved out and paid the rent for five more months. That is fine, I owed the money.
In the end...they will put on a dog and pony show to get you in....but you will soon want out if you ever have a simple issue or problem.
I HOPE YOU WILL NEVER RENT FROM WESLEY HERRINGTON OR ANY WESLEY APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!

I so agree with everything that you've stated in regard to the poor management from the Wesley/Euramex Corporation. I am in a battle with them right now for an apartment I rented back in 2002-2004, formerly the Wesley Paces on Jimmy Carter Blvd. They are leeches and will do all that they can to charge you trumped up charges on your move out. I was never late paying my rent, and due to a mix-up of a concession that they offered me at time of move-in (a free month's rent), we ended in court with them looking like fools before the judge. If that wasn't enough, my name was taken out of the gate, and I couldn't gain access. When I inquired about it, they knew "nothing" of it. A few days later, a few painters came in to paint the place because they were told that I had "moved out". This was in August, and I was slated to move out in September. It was the biggest joke the closer it was to my move-out day. Unknowingly they placed an almost $2500.00 collection on my credit report, and I am yet fighting tooth and nail to have this charge removed. They have since sold this property to RAM Management, and I cannot get a response from anyone there. Trust me, if they do not respond in the 30-day period I've given them, they WILL respond to my attorney, I'm sure. I wouldn't rent a parking space from this company; much less an apartment.
