I loved this apartment community. The only problem I ever had with this community is that every now and then my air conditioner wouldn't work. Obviously not everyone could park directly in front of their apartment because there is around two cars per apartment. I didn't mind a two second walk to my apartment at all. I new getting into this apartment that this isn't a house, it isn't going to be the MOST convient, quiet, perfect place I will ever live. It is an apartment. It is for most people something temporary. I could give you a ton of reasons to live in an apartment before living in a house. One, you aren't stuck in an apartment for ever and if the prices go up at the end of your lease go somewhere else. Two, I don't have to mow the lawn, fix any plumbing problems, or air/heating problems. Three, I don't have worry about the value of my property going down and needing to sale. Four, if anything changes in my life people come and go I can just transfer over to a smaller or larger apartment. Unlike a house where you are screwed if someone new comes into the family and there is not enough room. I could really go on and on. I love apartment living. I loved living at Wesley Place. The only other problem that I had living there was when I turned in my keys and gate key and the leaseing person said where is the other gate key. I told her we lost it and she said we would get charged for that. (she wasn't very friendly in the first place unlike the leasing person that moved us in) I was very upset about that because I could count on one hand how many times that was ever closed. It never worked and I paid for that service in the first place out of my rent. I felt that I paid for those keys already. I made the argument to her and she let it go.
