The apts would be ok but the office staff and maintence or horrible. They are so rude and unhelpfull. It's like they think they are doing you a favor by showing up every day. the maintence staff could not fix a door knob must less anything improtant. And they take weeks to do it if you can get the office staff to put in the request. the trash compactor is always iver flowing and the gates are always broken. they never notify residents of this however they just leave you to find out afterhours when they do not have to help. And their Property Manager does not know the meaning of Resident care, nor can she lead her employees. you wonder why people renew their leases here at all!!! i certianly will not. And obviously the person that wrote "it is not the ritz" works there because it may not be the ritz but it is still my home and i deserve respect.
