I lived at Wesley Place for about 2 1/2 years. Things started off pretty good and got progressively worse. A drug dealer lived across the hall and stole from my neighbor. A water leak that was never fixed more than doubled my water bill. Fixing a light fixture took a month of daily phone calls. Central heating broken- never fixed. That scooter for renewing- I never got it. My water heater broke- that took about a month before they finally replaced it. The last straw was my 60 day move out notice. THey lost the first one I turned in (before 60 days) , slowing down the process to get into my new apt. So I gave them a second one (after 60 days). I just got a notice from them, 2 months later saying I have a $571 fee for turning in my notice late- I guess they mean the one I had to replace the first notice I gave. After several calls, I still haven't gotten a response. I would rather live in a refrigerator box than here again.
