Moving out, but not for the reason you think...

Hi. We have lived in Wesley Place for one year and we are moving out. The reason has nothing to do with the office staff (pretty helpful if you are nice to them- practice the golden rule!), the apartments, or the maintenance staff (better than the Lilburn apt. I lived in). It is mostly because of our downstairs neighbors. I am very tolerant of the raised noise levels and 24-7 way of life that come with apartment living especially on the weekends, but our neighbors just made this experience the worst. The main cmoplaints we had were the parties, domestic disputes, children with nowhere to play but the breezeways, their guests coming by at all hours with blasting music that was so loud it vibrated our walls at all hours on the weekends, and we were never sure exactly how many people lived in the 2 bedroom apartment- somewhere between 5 to 7. If you want to move here, DO NOT RENT ANYWHERE NEAR THE 1900 BUILDING. Also, if you have children, there are better places to live- there is no playground here. There are much more kid friendly and cheaper apartments closeby- The Arbors is one of them. We would love to stay here, but we just could not stand the people below us. We tried speaking directly to our neighbors to be nice about it, then told the Apt. Manager (noise complaints only), Security Patrol (domestic disputes where you could hear them screaming from 2 buildings away, noise complaints), and the Gwinnett Co. Police (about the noise only). We loved the floor plans and the other neighbors here at Wesley Place, but we are so happy to leave. We truly had the neighbors from hell.
