This place sucks and it gets worse every month. I've been trying to get my dryer fixed (I pay extra for washer & dryer) since early May and they still haven't come to look at it.

The neighbors leave their garbage sit out for 3-4 days before they take it to the dumpster. Complaints to management mean nothing.

There is duck crap everywhere around the so-called lake - it's a wonder people don't get typhoid fever. I don't blame people for not picking up their dog crap (which maybe 3 people do) - it's no worse than the ducks. All the debris at the end of the lake is sickening. Why live by the rules -- they are not enforced and nobody else pays attention to them.

they don't have an after-hours phone line for emergencies anymore . . . what's the point -- there are no responses anyway.

this place has become a pigsty and I'm reporting it to the board of health. The dumpsters are a disgrace, the gates never work, people throw their trash in the roadways. They have a complete turnover in staff about every 4 months. People are moving in paying $200 less a month than I pay for the same dinky apartment.

The sign says "Luxury Apartments" - PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE IT. When my lease is up I'm outta here. Maybe before - it would be worth the expense to get out of here.
