I lived there from 2002-2003. there are too many things happened to me:

1) The staff came to my apartment and did some works in my bothroom in order to fix the problem down stairs. but they mixed up my apartment. I had my laptop, cloth, everything in my room and they were totally covered by the dust. I complained and wanted to move out but they said to me there would be a penalty. Why' I just could not afford to waste my time to argue with them.

2) they lost my paycheck twice and put that urgly court notice on my door. But i was smart because I asked them to sign a paper when hand in my check. So they had no excuse!

3) They were trying to charge me more money when left. I had my deposit back 45days later. they are some charges which it should not be in my bill, but I call leasing office, their corp. office. They never called back even though they said so. They just don't care about their customer.

I have my apartment very clean, new when I left. but they don't apperciate.

It is really a bad experience. they cheat you at beginning in order to get you in.



This place sucks and it gets worse every month. I?ve been trying to get my dryer fixed (I pay extra for washer & dryer) since early May and they still haven?t come to look at it.

The neighbors leave their garbage sit out for 3-4 days before they take it to the dumpster. Complaints to management mean nothing.

There is duck crap everywhere around the so-called lake - it?s a wonder people don?t get typhoid fever. I don?t blame people for not picking up their dog crap (which maybe 3 people do) - it?s no worse than the ducks. All the debris at the end of the lake is sickening. Why live by the rules -- they are not enforced and nobody else pays attention to them.

they don?t have an after-hours phone line for emergencies anymore . . . what?s the point -- there are no responses anyway.

this place has become a pigsty and I?m reporting it to the board of health. The dumpsters are a disgrace, the gates never work, people throw their trash in the roadways. They have a complete turnover in staff about every 4 months. People are moving in paying $200 less a month than I pay for the same dinky apartment.

The sign says "Luxury Apartments" - PLEASE DON?T BELIEVE IT. When my lease is up I?m outta here. Maybe before - it would be worth the expense to get out of here.
