In all businesses you will have a high turnover, unfortunately this turnover is affecting the residence of Wesley Place. Things are changing!

I went into the office the other day to speak with the manager; she is very friendly and determined to take this community to the next level, a higher level. I know that we as residents have had our share of problems and are not satisfied with the office staff, maintenance or even our neighbors, however, we do have to be courteous in expressing our disappointments.

If we walk into the office screaming, using profanity and being out right rude, we will not get anything solved. The best employee and the most helpful employee is an employee who is treated and spoken to with respect.

I was assured that thing will be better and I believe her. If you question that, walk into the office and see for yourself. If you have a complaint, be an adult about it and voice it in the proper manner for it to be handled.

When we scream and act like children, only childish things happen. Nothing!

Go in and meet the office staff, yes, there may be new people in the office but as long as the community continues to grow, our problems continue to get fixed that shouldn't matter.

People leave jobs everyday, so what is so different about that' Lets all work on making our community a better place. WE DO LIVE HERE! AND WE DO HAVE TO PAY RENT MONTHLY!! So why complain and not discuss'

It is up to the residents and the office staff to help make our community a better one.
