I?ve been a resident of Wesley Place for about two years now and I do have to admit the place is not at its best. Of course I have issues with maintenance, but that?s pretty much the norm for apartment living. I?m really considering not renewing my lease for a number of reasons but mainly because of such a drastic change in management all the time. It seems like everytime I walk in there?s a total change of staff and that can not be good. I don?t believe people quit there jobs if they enjoy it and are being taken care of and obviously if they don?t care about their employees, RESIDENTS ARE NOT A PRIORITY. Now, there?s a nineteen year old manager that was a leasing consultant when I had just moved in who?s always making sure it is known she?s the property manager and I?m not sure where that is going to lead. As far as the leasing staff, there are two people that I really enjoy dealing with which was Elaine and a Spanish speaking lady and now it turns out Elaine is gone and its only a matter of time and the other lady will be gone and I really don?t care for the lady that sits directly in front of the entrance as you walk in. This place could be a nice place, but first they have to be able to keep thier employees before they can keep the residents.
