I have lived in WP for 2 years now. What most of the people have written is true. There is high turn over in the office, and the office staff is usually extremely slow or...maybe a bit lazy. Maintenance takes forever to show up, usually after you have called a couple of times. And FYI - if you want anything done in your apartment, put it in writing. Never just call and request. That most certainly never works. You are lucky if the letter even gets you maintenance. The neighbors are okay most of the time, but you do have a lot of younger people living here. So be ready for lots of noise b/c the security does NOT enforce the rules of the complex. Quiet after 10 or 10:30 - not here! Overall it is the service that is SORELY lacking. They are quick to take your rent though, and they do it with a smile. But as for leaky pipes, bugs, splintering doors, bad ventilation, and broken A/C units - it is pretty much a guessing game as to whether they get there within a week or two...or not. You don?t exactly feel like you are getting your moneys worth - ever!
