THIS PLACE SUCKS AND DID YOU NOTICE THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS NO LONGER CALLED WESLEY PLACE -- IT'S CALLED EURAMEX!!!
The person who wrote "I hate this place" sure knows what he/she is talking about. BE WARNED - IF AFTER READING ALL THESE NEGATIVE REVIEWS, YOU ARE STILL TEMPTED TO MOVE HERE (BIG MISTAKE IF YOU DO!) - GET EVERYTHING AND EVERY REQUEST FOR REPAIRS IN WRITING. YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY WHEN YOU MOVE OUT IF YOU DON'T. THEY TRY TO SUCK EVERY $$$ FOR EVERY FAKE REASON THEY CAN COME UP WITH. THE OUTRAGEOUS WATER BILLS ARE THE WORST.GET A LAWYER WHEN YOU'RE READY TO MOVE OUT - YOU WILL DEFINITELY NEED ONE, UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO PAY SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS IN TRUMPED UP CHARGES THEY COME UP WITH AT THE END OF YOUR LEASE.
