After reading the different reviews, I relized I was not alone. The staff at Wesley Place, oh I forgot, they change staff every week!!!! They are horrable! I wished I had listened to the person that stated to get everything in writing and then some. Just like her, they stuck me with over $1500.00 of made-up charges. They are charging me for not providing a 60 or 30 day notice, which I provided both and each time they mis-placed it. They are also charging me for water damages created by a sprinkler system set off by our upstairs tenants. Our walls and carpet were mildew, and the smell was horrable. PLEASE DON'T TAKE A CHANCE, YOU WILL BE SORRY. I have filed 2 complaints about this apartment. I will continue until somehthing is done about the management staff. One word...HORRIBLE.
