I lived there a little over a year and overall we had no problems with kids or our property (cars were never broken into or such). We did have some neighbors that sold fruits and veggies from a van in the parking lot, which was a bit embarassing when friends came over) Our major problem was with getting things fixed and communication with staff. We moved here and not once was our name added to the gate box but I guess since the gates rarely worked it really did not matter. We had several neighbors come and go and our apartment would get a tad "buggy" each time but they did come in and spray. There were 3 different managers in this time and each one had their own way of doing things. We had several things wrong with our apartment and only one of these items were fixed. The staff was very pleasant, unfortunatly they never followed through on the things that needed fixing or they misplaced alot of paper work and delayed things from getting done. When our lease was up we left the apartment and might I add in great condition, but I'm seeing all these deposit horror stories, and I fear we too won't get our deposits back for unknown reasons. Overall I feel They were "OK" apartments but to make sure you protect yourself and get EVERYTHING in writing and take plenty of pictures of any and ALL damages prior and after you leave. But this needs to be done wherever you rent. I will follow up and let you know if and when I get any my deposit back. Keep in mind that I was moved out and turned in keys at the end of my lease and left the apartment with nothing more than "lived in damage". I also took tons of timed photos. I recomend doing this with any place you move to or from.
