I moved to Wesley Place just last month, and we've had no major problems. When we did first get here from out-of state, they did give us an apartment that did not look anything like the apartment that we looked at when we visited it before. But the staff was really nice about it and gave us one that we really liked, not at the price of the one they orginally told us, but at a price we could afford. We did have a problem with ants, but they came and sprayed twice and we don't have a problem anymore. Everyone seems to be really nice in the office. If we had had more time to look around, I feel like we might have been able to find something better, but I don't regret moving into Wesley Place.
