Please before you take the this apartment think again. The apartments look pretty nice especially in the newer phase where i lived but if you want to get charged rent even after you're out of the apartment then you might wanna choose this apartment. I moved out in March when my lease expired and i got a letter in May asking me for rent for the month of April as well as electricity bill and water bill for the month of april when i wasn't even living there. Noone returns your call in corporate office and they only send you letters saying that it will go to a collection agency if i dont pay the rent. Ive been trying to reach them for the past 2weeks trying to tell them that i moved out but noone calls back. Also when i called the water department, i couldnot speak a word, because the lady was talking and making me understand that i owe them money, she also hung up on my face when i wanted to say something because she warned me to not talk when she was talking. Man they are soooooooo rude.

Beside all that, a guy was shot and dead right next to my apartment building due to drug dealing problems. If you want a safe community don't live there.
Also you get letters every now then asking for $50 that you owe them while living there.
