I moved here two years ago and things were good. In the last 8 months I have seen a change and its not for the good. The customer service including the present manager is not very helpful. I have had the same problem since April of this year and to this date the problem had not been fixed. I make a maintenace call about every three to four weeks and usually I get a note left on my door saying that they couldn't get into my apartment. The problem is in the last three months I have had my locks changed to accomendate them and they still don't have a key. And on top of that no one has bothered to follow up since they know the problem isn't solved. The whole time that I have lived here this is the first year that the gates have been working. Yeah, because I have been paying for that service the whole time. All I can say if you move here, its up to you. I have good experiences but they are far less than the bad.
