DO NOT RENT HERE!!! We lived here for a year and a half. The leasing manager is unscrupulous and will lie through his teeth. Phone calls to the leasing office went unanswered, numerous maintenance calls have gone unanswered or no fixed properly, it is roach infested and I have seen drug deals go down on property. Also, there was a murder here a few months after we moved in. This is not a safe or sanitary place to live.
If you are currently a resident, I would strongly recommend keeping a written and photographic record of every call/incident no matter how small it may seem now. Whatever the leasing manager verbally agrees to, be sure to get it in writing word for word and signed by the manager and any witnesses you can get. He will lie to you and make promises he knows aren't legally binding unless it is written and signed by him, and then he will hide behind the lease contract.
