Lots of truth in the consistency of everyone's comments. The office staff is extremely unorganized and unprofessional, which produces a lot of frustrated and unhappy residents. They handle everyone's accounts very poorly, due to the lack of training and company ethics. It's overwhelmingly disappointing, especially after Greg left the office staff. But even worse - some members of the corporate staff are surprisingly incompetent and unethically rude, (C.M). They do not uphold or implement any of their own written company policies or procedures pertaining to the satisfaction and rights of their tenants. I was surprised to have spoken to a couple people from corporate regarding some unresolved issues that carried on for months with property management, and they kept running me around in circles with no authoritive resolutions. I pretty much had to fix their own mistake through a couple loop holes. I will reiterate that a poorly run corporate operation will always suffer a poorly run property management and staff. It's a domino effect, so it's no surprise. I will say though that the maintenance supervisor and his team do a great job in keeping up with maintenance and the property (from my experience). They've been very helpful during my residency here. Thanks for your hard work Bill!

Did you mean the Fat Fuk who just left.... He left me for two months without AC in Summer... I would like to have his job. Running around and smoking doesn't count as a JOB...Simply he was useless....
