In my experience, there have been many issues, some more heated than others. The staff, when they focus, is actually very cool. The manager is okay once you realize where she is coming from. At first she comes off kinda cold, but after you speak with her one on one and realize what her job is, she is actually a cool chick.
I wont go so far as to say, I love it here, but I dont hate it. Its a good starter apartment to build crediability. I do think the rent should be re-thought, its a little high for the service you receive.
Even though my experience has been somewhat shaky, I would recommend, but with caution.
